B R E N D O N   M U R L E S S











               Brendon  Murless  is  a  British  sculptor  known  for  his  dynamic  and  expressive  works,  often
               inspired  by  the  natural  world  and  human  form.  He  primarily  works  with  bronze  and  resin,

               creating  pieces  that  capture  movement  and  emotion  with  a  fluid  and  organic  style.
               Murless’s  sculptures  often  explore  themes  of  transformation  and  the  interplay  between

               strength and vulnerability. His meticulous attention to detail and ability to convey a sense
               of life and energy in his works have garnered him acclaim in the art world. Murless’s ability

               to  blend  classical  techniques  with  contemporary  themes  makes  his  sculptures  both
               timeless and relevant, appealing to a wide range of art enthusiasts.



               He studied Fine Art Sculpture at the City & Guilds of London Art School. Over the years, he
               has  developed  a  reputation  for  creating  unique  sculptures  for  both  indoor  and  outdoor

               settings, often exploring the human form and its complexities



               In terms of awards, Brendon has received several recognitions:


               - Prizewinner in the Sculpture category at the Annual Open, Ilminster Arts Centre.

               - Shortlisted for the Emerging Artist prize at the Ashurst Art Prize, London.
               - Best figurative sculpture prizewinner at the South West Academy of Fine Arts.

               - Best Sculpture at the Arts in Poundbury.
